What is the NIS2 Directive?
NIS stands for Network and Information Security.
NIS2 (also known as the Directive 2016/1148 of the European Parliament and of the Council) aims to build cybersecurity capabilities across the European Union, mitigate threats to network and information systems used to provide essential services in key sectors, and ensure the continuity of these services during adverse events.
This European Parliament and Council directive must be transposed into national laws, which must then be audited for compliance by the affected companies. Our company has been involved in this field for 10 years, and all our employees are certified information security (ISO 27001) auditors.

What is the DORA Regulation?
DORA stands for the Digital Operational Resilience Act.
The regulation aims to consolidate and modernize the requirements related to ICT (information and communication technology) risks, which were previously addressed separately in various EU legal acts as part of the broader operational risk requirements. The application of this regulation makes the EU financial sector more resilient, including operationally, ensuring its technological security. After security breaches or incidents affecting ICT, the sector will be able to recover quickly, allowing the effective and seamless provision of financial services across the Union, even under stress conditions.
